President-Paul Mickelsen

Hey folks, my name is Paul Mickelsen and I’ll be your President for the remainder of this year! Some of my hobbies include dirt biking, beer making, fishing, hiking, and collecting more rocks than I can handle. I am currently in my 3rd year of studies and I’m looking forward to meeting all of you at our social events! Social Convener-Jayce Eadie

Hi everyone, my name is Jayce Eadie and I am one of this year’s Social Conveners. I am entering the final year of my Geology degree, and I am looking forward to getting to know the members of P.S. Warren. This year is going to be a blast with lots of events planned, so we hope to see everyone come out and meet some fellow geoscientists. Social Convener-Shawn Day

Hey my dudes, my name is Shawn Day and I am one of your gorgeous social conveners for the year. My background includes a short-lived career as a 3rd class Power Engineer for an oil and gas company in northern Alberta until I returned to University to pursue a degree in Geology where I intend to continue a focus my career in the energy sector. We plan on hosting a ton of cool social events for PS Warren throughout the year so we hope to see you out, if you see me roaming the halls of ESB don’t be afraid to say hi! Peace and Love.

Social Convener-David Hoch

My name is David Hoch, but most people call me Dave. I’m currently in my 3rd year of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, but my 5th year of school. I’m most likely the only person to have enjoyed drawing microscope observations of thin sections. I am an outdoors enthusiast, and love anything to do with the mountains. My favorite season is winter because I’m from Northern BC; I have had winter 9 months a year, so I grew to love it. I’m in charge of organizing the P. S. Warren ski trip for this year, so I hope to see you there. I’m stoked to meet everyone who’s new to P. S. Warren. If you have any inquiries about P. S. Sports Rep-Olivia Walker

Hello there! My name is Olivia Walker and I am one of your Sports Reps this year! I come from a small town that you have probably never heard of and enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities. I am currently doing my (last) victory lap and plan on graduating this year after fiveish years of undergrad. I think sports are a great way to make new friends and help to keep you sane through the winter months. Looking forward to this next year!

Sports Rep-Spencer Poulette

Howdy, everyone! My name is Spencer Poulette, and I am your male sports representative for the 2018/2019 school year. I look forward to playing in sports with all of you this year! In my off time I enjoy fly fishing, hiking, and rock climbing. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have regarding sports this year!

Treasurer- Alejandro Alvarez

Hey everyone! My name is Alejandro Alvarez, and I’m the new Treasurer for the 2018-2019 school year. I’m in the geology grogram and will be graduating at the end of the school year. I love frozen dirt and mud and soccer- you’ll absolutely see me at every futsal game this year. I’ll look forward to seeing you at all our events and around campus! Grad Rep-Sam Johnson

Hey everyone! My name is Sam Johnson and I am one of the graduation representatives for the class of 2019! I’m in my fourth and final year of my geology undergraduate degree and have been a member of PS Warren for past 2 years. I love the outdoors, fishing, hockey and my pooch, Rocky (seen in my profile picture). I’m pretty friendly and love talking about rocks so don’t hesitate to say hi. I look forward to meeting everyone and planning a grad for the ages.

Grad Rep-Keegan Langlois

Hi everyone! My name is Keegan Langlois and I’ll be one of the PS Warren graduation representatives for the 2018/2019 school year. I’m currently in my 4th year of the Geology program and enjoy studying sedimentary geology and ichnology. Hobbies of mine include: Working out, fishing, snowboarding, camping, canoeing, as well as watching hockey and football. As one of your grad reps I look forward to making sure this year’s graduation is both memorable and an absolute banger of a party!
