Based on my research experience and background, I describe myself as a contaminant fate and transport modeler and environmental chemist. I am particularly interested in developing and perfecting models to simulate the fate and transport of contaminants in the environment, like organics, metals, nanomaterials, and microplastics. In the WSML group, I primarily work on developing hydrodynamic and water quality models to simulate and assess how the possible contaminants from ASOR affect Lower Athabasca River and other rivers around ASOR.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My goal is to use these models to sharpen our minds\nto understand how these contaminants from industrial processes affect our\nprecious environment in Canada.
