Her research focuses on the oceanic conditions present immediately following the end Permian mass extinction. Acidic and possible euxinic conditions are thought to have existed during this time and through geochemical analysis, these postulates can be explored. Additionally, part of her research focus is on basin correlation of Triassic stratigraphy.
