Services

The Digital Imaging Facility houses Canon and Ricoh printers, which allows you to print electronic materials, and to scan printed materials. You can print using your EAS printing account or printing/copy code provided by main office.

Scanning equipment in DIF includes: two high-quality flatbed scanners, a large document scanner, and two thin section/film scanners.

Our photography equipment includes: Nikon cameras with various lenses, light tent, light tables and state of the art Tagarno digital microscope.

DIF houses a 25 inch-wide laminator and two binding machines (coil and comb types). Various paper trimmers and a 60-inch paper cutter is available as well.

There are 7 workstations available for graduate students, faculty, and staff in the DIF lab. All of them are connected to DIF printers and scanners.

We have extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and ImageJ. We can also help you with tasks related to web and database development.
