I am in my final year of a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Earth Science and I am working on an undergraduate thesis under Dr. Faramarzi’s supervision. My work involves addressing the impacts of agriculture on water quality in the Lake Winnipeg Watershed. I am exploring how other factors including food exports, virtual water trade, water quantity and changing climate play a role in affecting agriculture production and how that relates to water quality. I will be using both literature review and data analysis to complete a final paper by April 2020.
